Policy

The standard booking policy of Hotel Anna is designed to provide our guests with the utmost flexibility and convenience, ensuring a worry-free and tranquil stay. For all bookings, we allow free cancellation up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, allowing you to adjust your travel plans without incurring penalties up to a month before your stay.

To confirm your booking, you may use a credit card, which is only required to guarantee your room without the need to make any deposit. Alternatively, for those who prefer, we offer the option to use a bank transfer as a method of booking confirmation. In this case, a deposit of 30% of the total booking value is required. This option allows you to choose the payment method that best suits your needs.

The balance of the booking can be completed at the hotel upon arrival or during your stay, choosing the payment method you prefer. Please note that checks are not accepted. If you choose a bank transfer for the balance, this must be made upon arrival.

In the case of a “Prepaid non-refundable” reservation, a prepayment of the full amount of the NON-REFUNDABLE stay will be required in the event of cancellation and/or changes.
