Policy

If required by the policy at the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the stay may be required, indicated as a “penalty”, with a withdrawal from your credit card. The withdrawal from your card will be made within the times provided for by the booking policy, changes to the reservation will be without penalty if made within the terms as above, after which, for each day of late arrival or early departure, a penalty will be charged, better described in detail.

In the case of a “Prepaid non-refundable” reservation, a prepayment of the full amount of the NON-REFUNDABLE stay will be required in the event of cancellation and/or changes.
